Dark Souls II - Basil

Despite my love for From Software’s Souls series, I haven’t been able to do a lot of fanart for it. Mainly because I’m a lazy piece of shit but oh well.

Anyways - here’s my first DaS2 character - Basil the Zapknight (as my brother came to call him). I really love heavily-armored Strength/Faith builds, so naturally that was my first choice on the initial playthrough. I drew him unhollowed and helmetless but I might do those versions later.

For anyone curious he’s wearing the Drangleic armor set along with a regular mace (had like five of those enhanced with different damage types) and a Tower Shield. Most of the time I also made him wear the Royal Swordsman Helmet just because it’s so fucking cool. He’s also a Sunbro so don’t hesitate to call on his name when in need!
